Small things I probably forgot to mention

Laundry is done twice a day on most days.
The bath here has jets.
Almost no one rides the car. If you do, you're lucky (this includes me).
Japanese daytime TV sucks. Badly.
Only VISA cards work everywhere in Japan.
Playing rugby makes you tired.
Frogs are loud and plentiful when it rains.
